The Rise Above Traveling Exhibit provides a unique opportunity to celebrate Marshall Cabiness Day during the week of April 18-23. While visiting the exhibit you will learn about the Tuskegee Airmen and the challenges they faced to serve their country during World War II. Hear the inspiring story of these courageous men who paved the way for future generations. Come join us in honoring Marshall Cabiness and the Tuskegee Airmen.
This immersive experience is housed in a climate controlled 53’ semi-trailer with expandable sides and equipped with a ramp and hydraulic lift to ensure access to all. Because of its dynamic 160-degree panoramic screen, the film creates the feeling of being in the cockpit soaring above the clouds.
This exhibit will be available for visitors April 18th - 23rd at the Tabernacle Baptist Church in Gastonia at 519 W 19th Ave. Admission is FREE but you need to schedule your time to visit.
