City of Lowell's Treat Walk

Line-up starts at 3:45 pm at the corner of Mill Street and E. First Street. The Treat Walk will begin promptly at 4:00 pm and will conclude by 5:00 pm.


Local businesses and organizations will be handing out candy on this guided walk around one of our downtown blocks.

The group will be led by adult volunteers. Police and City staff will also assist to ensure the children's safety.


Wear your favorite costume and join us for lots of candy and spooky fun in Downtown Lowell.
