Strike up the band! From holiday favorites like "Sleigh Ride" to pop hits such as Mariah Carey's "All I Want for Christmas," the Gaston Symphonic Band will present its 14th Annual Christmas Festival on Fri., Dec. 12, from 7 - 9 p.m. at Gastonia First Assembly of God, 777 S. Myrtle School Rd. The complimentary concert will explore an eclectic mix of Christmas carols from around the world.
