Art As Healing is a weekend long workshop that explores the intersection of creating art and mental wellness. With a dedicated team of professionals at the helm, participants will get to experience various healing modalities, play with several forms of visual art creation, and walk away with a few extra tools for calming, coping, and creating joy in the world. Registration covers expert guides, some food and beverage, art supplies, and a take-away gift. People who register on any Friday from now until September 20th also receive a FREE 45 minute healing session with a practitioner of your choice from the staff.
