Our Thursday Social Paddle is an adult night out event beginning with 1.5 hours of social paddling followed by social time on land at a local hot spot. You'll have the option to mix in some SUP Yoga or SUP Fit exercises as we paddle if you desire the additional workout. Must RSVP to find out which location we are launching from each week. Price per 1.5 hour SUP outing including all equipment: $25 per person Attend 4 get the 5th for free. Adults w/ their own equipment are $5 when launching off private property & free on weeks when we’re launching from the public launches. Adding the element of water simply increases the amount of core stability you need to achieve every pose.
