Enjoy our Belmont Bungalow within walking distance (15 min walk) of downtown Belmont! Shiplap walls, farm house sink, hardwood floors - all the charm of a 1940's house with the comforts of a recent renovation. A quick walk or very short drive to Belmont restaurants and bars, 20 minute drive to Charlotte airport and uptown and close to White Water Center, Crowders Mountain State Park, Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden... all in the area to explore for your pleasure.
The space
This house is located on S. Main St. Please keep in mind - that means there may be street noise or traffic at times. With that being said - it makes getting to downtown very easy! We are not tucked away remotely but close to activities! If this will bother you please do not stay with us as we want our house to be a good fit for our guests. The house is set up with your comfort in mind. Traveling with kids? Let us make your life easier... pack n play, baby swing, toys, sound machines, high chair... if you need anything else let me know as I probably have it. Also provided are eco soap and 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner to make your traveling easier.
Upon entering - you will have a bedroom immediately to your left and another guest bedroom to your right. Both have new sleep signature queen beds and share the hall bathroom that has a tub/shower bath.
The master is the second bedroom on your left is fitted with a new sleep signature queen bed as well. It has it's own ensuite bathroom, walk-in shower and rain shower head.
The washer and dryer are located behind the sliding barn-doors should you need to use. In this nook, we have 4 folding chairs that can be pulled out and paired with our drop-leaf table should you need more eating space or choose to eat at the kitchen bar. There is a sectional sofa to spread out on and a smart tv for guests to watch their preferred streaming account once logging into our smart TV (guest mode will automatically log you out as well). Although the house is completely renovated and newly furnished, the yard is still on our to-do list to make shine. Please bare with us as we grow less weeds and more green grass and stay tuned as patio plans are in the works.
Guest access
The whole house is yours to enjoy. This house is devoted to Airbnb guests 100% of the time. Please do not block the driveway on the left (when facing the house) however as this is a long driveway to access another house.
Other things to note
Please do not block driveway on left of house as a resident uses this to access her house. As advertised - we have a smart TV not cable TV although basic free HD channels are accessible. We also have a Roku device. Please do not use fireplaces - they are decorative and not working. This house is located on S. main st a two way road - ie street noise/traffic during commuting times but fairly quiet at night. Please bare with us as we develop yard plans to come. Guest check out is 11 AM (so cleaning crews can prepare for our next guest).
