The Warlick Family YMCA at Robinwood Lake in Gastonia is a private, non-private organization that is committed to helping you live a balanced, healthy life in spirit, mind and body that sits on a beautiful 118-acre campus with a scenic 34-acre lake, right in the backyard. They host events such as the P3: Pace Paddle Power, that includes a 2-mile trail run on the Sytz Trail System, a lake paddle, and boot camp field challenges.
