City of Lowell's Annual Treat Walk 

Local businesses and organizations will be handing out candy on this guided walk around one of our downtown blocks.

The group will be led by adult volunteers. Police and City staff will also assist to ensure the children's safety.

Wear your favorite costume and join on for lots of candy and spooky fun in Downtown Lowell.
