Join us for the enchanting Butterfly Release Experience at the Butterfly Bungalow, held weekly on Wednesdays from 11:30 a.m. to Noon. This intimate, behind-the-scenes event allows participants to assist in welcoming our newest butterflies as they are released into the exhibit. Seated among hundreds of free-flying butterflies, you will carefully open protective envelopes and watch each butterfly experience its first moments in this vibrant new home, making every release unique as some take flight immediately while others take their time to stretch their wings. To ensure a memorable experience, the Butterfly Bungalow will be closed to the public, allowing only 10 participants per small-group session. The release lasts about 15–20 minutes, with a total of 30 minutes allocated to fully enjoy this magical moment. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to maximize your time inside the exhibit. Admission is $10, in addition to garden admission or membership. Select your preferred date to register: July 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 or August 5, 12, or 19.
