Live music Late Summer and Fall in Gaston County, NC 2023


We are excited to share our outdoor concert series taking place on the main streets and in our downtowns of Gaston County. Check out our FREE music concerts going on this summer and into the fall. This year you will find music, fun, and entertainment in Gastonia, Belmont, Mount Holly, Stanley, Bessemer City, Kings Mountain, and Lowell. Couple these events with a unique dining experience and/or shopping and you will have a night to remember.



Gastonia Concert Series

Gastonia East Rotary and the City of Gastonia at the Rotary Island Pavilion presents their downtown concert events on select Fridays through September 2023.

  • Sept 15 – Kids in America with Akita

 

Thursday Night Pops – Gaston Symphonic Band

Bring your lawn chairs and blankets to Stowe Park every other Thursday, from September – October for live music in the park! Mark your calendars for the dates listed below. Come early to check out what the Belmont Farmers Market has to offer from 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., and stay late for a relaxing night of music in the park.

  • September 21 – Thursday Night Pops – Hood Memorial Gospel Choir

  • October 5 – Gaston Symphonic Band

  • October 19 – JazzGroupProject

 

Mount Holly Nights

The Mount Holly summer concert series features music, food trucks, and small businesses. These concerts take place in downtown Mount Holly on select Fridays with music starting at 6 pm.

  • September 8 – 20 Ride (Zac Brown Tribute)

  • October 13 – On The Border (Eagles Tribute Band)

 

Cramerton Concert Series

Cramerton is excited to host our inaugural Summer Concert Series and social district! Bring a lawn chair or blanket, to the Centennial Center.

  • September 8 – CODA

  • September 22 – Kids in America

 

Cherryville Concert Series

Grab your favorite people and head to Gazebo Mini-Park in downtown Cherryville for these FREE outdoor live music concerts!

  • September 21 – Seth Fox

  • October 21 – Shot Thru the Heart

 

Coolin Out Concerts on Main in Stanley

This concert series takes place select Saturdays on Main Street in downtown Stanley and not only offers live music but food trucks, a beer garden and more. DJ starts the party at 6 pm and the band goes on at 7 pm.

  • September 23 – Cat 5

  • October 7 – Country Fest

  • October 21 – The Tonez

 

Bessemer City Sounds of Summer

This is a concert series and classic car cruise-in. Join us in downtown Centennial Park in Bessemer City for our 2023 Sounds of Summer Concert & Cruise-In Series! We will feature live music, food vendors, classic cars, and family fun! Don't meet us there, beat us there!

  • September 23 – On The Border (Brew & Que Festival)

 

Live Music at Patriots Park in Kings Mountain

Bring your favorite people and lawn chair to the Liberty Falls Amphitheater at Patriots Park in Downtown Kings Mountain to enjoy our brand-new exciting concert series. FREE to the public. Live music, food trucks, and family fun for everyone featuring some of the best acts from near and far. This line-up is sure to have your toes tapping and your hands clapping. Concerts begin at 6 pm.

  • October 14th – Dirty Grass Soul

 

Town of Dallas Summer Concert Series

Bring your lawn chair to the Historic Dallas Square for live music.

  • September 16 - The Catalinas


 



Music in the Park in Lowell

Join us for Music in the Park at the new McCord Family Park in downtown Lowell with live music by Caleb Wolfe! Jive Turkey food truck will also be on-site offering a variety of options from turkey legs to tacos to vegetarian quesadillas. This event is sponsored in part by CaroMont Health.

  • September 23 – Music in the Park: Arbor Day Edition

  • October 7 – Fall Festival
