Mount Holly Farmers Market
The Mount Holly Farmers Market is the largest all-volunteer market in North Carolina. From the Market Board to those that help set up and take down the market every Saturday, it is all run from volunteer power. The market focuses on supporting local small farms, educating our community on the advantages of eating fresh local food, and teaching our community to grow their food. The Mount Holly Farmer's Market is specifically local and seasonal. Out-of-season produce is not allowed at the market, and a farm vendor must grow at least 75% (some are even 100%) of what they sell. You will find a community engaged in the market and a market engaged in the community!
