Join us for Birding Walks at Daniel Stowe Conservancy, where you can embark on an enriching outdoor adventure led by experienced birdwatcher Gail Ice. This guided walk invites participants of all ages and skill levels to explore the diverse avian life along the Garden trails. During the walk, you'll learn about local bird species, their habitats, and behaviors, while discovering scenic spots and hidden gems within the Garden. Key details include: - Meeting place: outside the Garden Pavilion for a guided bird-watching experience. - Participants are encouraged to bring binoculars for enhanced viewing. - Proper outdoor attire is recommended, including comfortable shoes and layered clothing, as the event takes place rain or shine. - Pets are not permitted on the walks, and respect for wildlife is essential through adherence to Leave No Trace principles. No registration is necessary; simply arrive at the Pavilion at the designated time. Note that non-members wishing to explore the Garden's interior post-walk should purchase admission tickets. Don’t miss this chance to connect with nature and experience the joy of birdwatching at Daniel Stowe Conservancy!
