This year’s Christmas in the City Festival will take place on Sunday, November 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM-6:00 PM in Downtown Bessemer City.

PARADE
We invite you for the 2025 Annual Christmas Parade!  This year’s parade will take place on Sunday, November 23rd, 2025 at 4:30 PM.

TREE LIGHTING
Capture the magic of the season in Downtown with our Annual Christmas Tree Lighting to take place on Sunday, November 23rd, 2025 at 6:00 pm or following the end of parade. Bring the family to enjoy caroling, fellowship, photos and fun.

NOTICE:  Please note the parade will start on North 14th Street, turn left onto West Virginia Avenue (downtown), and then turn left onto North 8th Street ending at Kevin Millwood Park.
