Wellness Weekend: Sound Bath Experience

As the final element of Wellness Weekend, the Sound Bath Experience helps quiet the mental chatter, ease stress, and promote a sense of balance.
A sound bath is a relaxing experience where soothing tones from instruments like singing bowls and gongs wash over you, creating a calm, immersive atmosphere. It is a meditative experience that encourages deep rest and mindful awareness without any effort or movement.
What to bring:

Catawba Creek Greenway-Ribbon Cutting
On behalf of Gastonia City Council, please join the City of Gastonia as we celebrate the completion of the Catawba Creek Greenway with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Tuesday, January 6, at 4:00 p.m. at 2100 Robinwood Rd.
This project is an extension of the existing Catawba Creek Greenway from the Robinwood Road entrance to behind Robinson Oaks subdivision. The extension is another piece in Gastonia’s growing connectivity via greenways. It is a 3.1 million dollar project funded by GO Bond.
Parking will be available at the National Guard Armory.

Sprouts at Stowe Series: Snowmen + Snowflakes

Spring Break Camps
Join us for our Spring Break Camp running from Monday, April 6 to Friday, April 10, designed for children ages 6-9. Daily drop-off is from 8 to 9:30 a.m. and pick-up is from 4 to 4:30 p.m. This hands-on outdoor camp offers an immersive experience in nature, featuring exploration of our Prairie Castle Playground, Adventure Trail, and various forest and pond habitats through engaging games, activities, and science. Our team of experienced educators ensures that each day is a new adventure. The camp fee is $250 for members and $225 for non-members. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email along with further details as the camp date approaches.
