Join us for Birding Walks at the Daniel Stowe Conservancy, led by experienced birder and Garden volunteer, Gail Ice. This guided walk is an exciting opportunity for birdwatching enthusiasts of all levels to explore the diverse avian life along the Garden trails. Participants will learn about local bird species, their habitats, and behaviors while discovering beautiful hidden spots in nature. What to Expect: - A guided bird-walk starting outside the Garden Pavilion. - Educational insights into local bird species from a knowledgeable guide. - Scenic observations of birds in their natural habitats. - Bring your own binoculars for an enhanced experience. Important Information: - All ages and skill levels are welcome; pets are not allowed. - Dress appropriately for outdoor conditions with comfortable walking shoes and layered clothing. The event takes place rain or shine. - Respect for wildlife and adherence to Leave No Trace principles are encouraged. - No registration is required; simply meet outside the Visitors Pavilion at the scheduled time. - Note: Non-members wishing to explore the Garden's interior after the walk must purchase admission tickets.
