This Meditative Breathwork Journey invites you to find stillness and clarity. This unique experience allows you to quiet the chatter of the mind, allowing you connect with your inner self and discover a deeper sense of peace. Through guided breathing techniques, you can release tension, alleviate stress and re-connect with your true essence. The class will conclude with singing bowls. This offering will be a slow, grounding practice letting the power of your breath guide you to create harmony and balance between the mind and body. Please consult a physician before Breathwork if you have any of the following: Cardiovascular Disease/Angina, Aneurysm, Epilepsy/Seizures, Glaucoma/Retinal Detachment, Pregnancy, Active Substance Addiction, Psychiatric Symptoms (Psychosis/Paranoia/Panic Attacks). Please don't eat anything for 60 min before the session and refrain from heavy meals up to 2 hours before. Open to adult clients 18+. Teacher: Ashley
