Space to Breathe is an invitation to slow down and reconnect through meditative breathwork, gentle movement, and stillness. Held on the last weekend of each month, each gathering creates space to reflect, reset, and meet yourself where you are. The session ends with singing bowls to support presence and integration. All are welcome. Please consult a physician before Breathwork if you have any of the following: Cardiovascular Disease/Angina, Aneurysm, Epilepsy/Seizures, Glaucoma/Retinal Detachment, Pregnancy, Active Substance Addiction, Psychiatric Symptoms (Psychosis/Paranoia/Panic Attacks).
