Help Uncover Gaston County’s Authentic Story: GoGastonNC Launches County-Wide Branding Initiative

Gaston County Tourism, currently recognized as GoGastonNC, is beginning a year-long rebrand process to better represent the county as a destination for visitors, residents, and businesses.
The rebrand process will be led by NorthStar Place Branding, a firm specializing in community and destination branding. Their approach combines research, strategy, creativity, and action, with specialists in each area collaborating from the start. This methodology ensures seamless transitions between phases and brings multiple perspectives together, resulting in a stronger, more effective brand.
This initiative focuses on Gaston County as a destination and is NOT a replacement for the Gaston County Government logo.
This branding initiative is built on a foundation of research, gathering insights from residents, businesses, and visitors alike to understand perceptions, attitudes, and what makes Gaston County special. These insights will guide the creation of compelling tools and strategies to tell the County’s story authentically.
