We’re proud to share that over 200 partners are already featured, and the calendar now includes nearly 4,000 events! From festivals and live music to exhibit openings, trivia nights, and family-friendly activities, visitors can now explore it all in one place — making it easier to plan their trip and spend more time in our destination. How Partners Can Have Events Included To ensure your events appear on the GoGastonNC calendar, please make sure they are published on one of the following platforms: Facebook Event Your event must be created using Facebook’s Events feature — not a regular post. Posts will not be picked up. Eventbrite Create your event on Eventbrite with complete event details. Your Website’s Event Calendar Post your event on a dedicated calendar page on your website. Our team pulls events directly from these sources, so keeping your events updated on one of these platforms is the best way to stay visible. For best results, please make sure each event includes all key details, including the event name, date, time, location, and a clear description. Events with complete information are more likely to appear accurately and help visitors quickly understand what to expect and plan their visit. October 23, 2026 Ghost Tours Learn More Venue Info Gaston County Museum 131 W Main St, Dallas, NC 28034, USA 2:00 PM Time: - 3:00 PM 704-922-7681 DALLAS, NC -- October is here, and so are the wildly popular Friday night Haunted Ghost Tours on the Court Square in Dallas! Have you ever smelled the stench of the Red Eyed Devil (yuck!) or heard the Gentleman Caller knocking on your door (should I answer it?!)? Join the staff of the Gaston County Museum and the Dallas Branch Library on a lantern-lit stroll through Historic Dallas and the 1852 Hoffman Hotel and hear about these hauntings and more! Tours are family friendly, though ages 13 and up are encouraged. Children under 13 are free. The tours involve approximately an hour of walking, with some non-paved terrain and stairs. Guests with accessibility concerns are asked to let staff know prior to the start of the tour. Tours are every Friday evening in October at 7:00 and 8:00 pm. (October 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th.) All tours will begin at the front of the Gaston County Museum of Art & History, 131 W. Main St., Dallas. Tickets are $15 for the general public 13 and older and $5 for Museum members.
