Memorial Day Celebration
Monday | Lutheran Church
Come and join us Monday, May 30th for this special event. The Gaston County Color Guard will honor all veterans who have served our great country. With honorary speaker Jeffery Stimpson a Marine Lieutenant Colonel. Get there early and enjoy the patriotic music!

Memorial Day Service
Friday | First Baptist Church, Lowell
Please join us on Friday, May 27th at 10:00am at First Baptist Church to honor and remember the brave men and women who have given the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.
Memorial Day at Kings Mountain
Monday | Kings Mountain
Come out on Monday may 30th at Kings Mountain to celebrate the people who sacrifice for their country every day. This tribute to those in the Armed Forces, those who served and those who gave their lives defending our freedom, is observed at Mountain Rest Cemetery. Veterans and families are invited to the observance and wreath laying ceremony. Please come and honor our Veterans!

GO FOR A RUN!!!! This Memorial day weekend, come on down to the Memorial day Trail Race event. It will be fun for you and the kids to go down get some fresh air while getting some exercise. You can choose from 5 to 8 miles options. Come on down and get your run on!
