Gaston County Composite is a youth mountain biking team serving students in fifth through 12th grade throughout Gaston County and the greater Charlotte region. As part of the North Carolina Interscholastic Cycling League (NICA), the team welcomes riders of all experience levels and provides opportunities to build confidence, develop cycling skills, explore local trails, and connect with a supportive outdoor community. Through coaching, group rides, trail stewardship, and competition, Gaston County Composite helps grow the next generation of mountain bikers in North Carolina.
