Dutchmans Creek Greenway

The Dutchman's Creek Greenway is a paved and gravel connector trail that connects Hwy 27 (E Charlotte Ave) at the CaroMont Regional Medical Center to River Street Park in Mt. Holly.

MOUNT HOLLY

Located on the east side of Gaston County, North Carolina along the Catawba River is Mount Holly. Visitors can find this old mill town and fun things to do, by traveling north along Hwy 273 off of exit 27 on I-85.

River Street Park

River Street Park is a tree-lined park includes a ballfield, 9 hole disc golf course, 3 picnic shelters, fishing pier, natural canoe/kayak launch area, playground, basketball court, sand volleyball court, and walking trail.

The Whitewater Center maintains over 50 miles of trails for mountain bikers, hikers and trail runners. Use of the trail system does not require an activity pass. Please check the current trail status (at the top of the website) prior to accessing the trail system. The Parkway Trail is currently available as an all-weather trail when the system is closed.
