Stowe Connector Trail
The Stowe Connector trail, in combination with the Duke Kimbrell Trail, form a loop around the perimeter of the Daniel Stowe Conservancy property. This trail is smoother and flatter than the Duke Kimbrell Trail. The section south of the parking lot gently descends through a mixed hardwood forest on a packed earth surface, while the northern section of the trail features crushed stone surfacing and remains very flat. While other trails exist on the Daniel Stowe Conservancy property, only the Duke Kimbrell Trail and Stowe Connector Trail are a part of the Carolina Thread Trail network. See the Stowe Conservancy website for a full map of their facilities.
